The Receptionist will serve as an administrative assistant for brokerage and front office support, acting as the first contact for clients. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The role includes opening and preparing the office, managing the office calendar, greeting visitors, handling calls, mail, and deliveries, maintaining organization of the front area, processing invoices, managing keys, supplies, and office setup, coordinating meetings, overseeing phone systems, supporting staff, and other duties as needed. Regular on-site presence and handling confidential information are required.
