Overview

Senior Living Receptionist — Part Time: Friday - Sunday (Weekends and Holidays required).

Base pay range

$17.00/hr - $17.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Greeting all visitors.
• Answering the telephone.
• Maintaining the front office area in a neat and organized manner.
• Providing administrative support to all departments on an as-needed basis.

Qualifications

• A High School diploma or GED.
• A minimum of one year’s customer service experience (preferred).
• Prior multi-line phone experience (preferred).

Physical Requirements

This role requires regular use of a computer and may involve occasional lifting up to 20 lbs, bending, or reaching. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
