Part Time : Friday - Sunday (Weekends and Holidays required)

Responsibilities

• Greeting all visitors.
• Answering the telephone.
• Maintaining the front office area in a neat and organized manner.
• Providing administrative support to all departments on an as-needed basis.

Qualifications

• A High School diploma or GED
• A Minimum of one year’s customer service experience (preferred)
• Prior multi-line phone experience (preferred)

Physical Requirements

This role requires regular use of a computer and may involve occasional lifting (up to 20 lbs), bending, or reaching. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
