Medical Receptionist Job Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and visitors in a positive and helpful manner.
• Schedule patient appointments using the eClinical Works scheduling system.
• Confirm, cancel, and reschedule appointments as directed.
• Comply with applicable policies and procedures.
• Contribute to organizational operations by performing other duties as may be required.
