We’re looking for a Receptionist Extraordinaire to join us onsite, Monday through Friday, and be the heartbeat of our front office. You’ll play a key role in creating a warm, professional first impression while keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Greeting clients and guests with a friendly, compassionate demeanor
• Answering phones, managing emails, and handling day-to-day communications
• Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars like a scheduling ninja
• Assisting with light administrative tasks and supporting internal teams
• Using various tech tools and platforms with ease (we love a tech-savvy multitasker!)
