Overview
Rocky Mountain Cancer Centers, Colorado's largest and most comprehensive provider of cancer care, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Receptionist in Lonetree (Skyridge Medical Center Campus).

Responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors courteously and professionally. Collect necessary forms and information.
- Obtain and update demographic and insurance information, including insurance cards and driver’s licenses.
- Register new patients, prepare charts, notify nursing staff of arrivals, and organize schedules.
- Collect co-pays, deductibles, and out-of-pocket expenses.
- Distribute condolence cards upon request.
- Maintain a neat lobby area.
- Identify no-shows and assist with patient notifications.
- Protect patient confidentiality and adhere to compliance standards.
- Support front office functions, including preparing correspondence and forms.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum five years of office experience, preferably in a medical setting.
Physical Demands: Sitting, stooping, bending, stretching, lifting up to 30 pounds, manual dexterity for office equipment, correctable vision, and normal hearing required.
Work Environment: Office setting with patient and public contact. Reasonable accommodations available for disabilities.
