Job Summary

Answers, screens, and directs phone calls to staff; takes messages and schedules appointments. Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items. Performs administrative and clerical support tasks. Performs basic filing and recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and answer and direct phone calls
  • Create purchase order requests
  • Maintain filing systems, both electronically and physically
  • Data entry
  • Clean and stock lobby, breakroom, and conference room
  • Route all invoices from document imaging
  • Send new uniform requests to vendor
  • Maintain driver, truck, and equipment lists
  • MVD plates & registration
  • Maintain office supplies
  • Support coworkers with various office duties
  • Receive and sign for packages
  • Review timesheets for drivers & mechanics verify no time is missing
  • Prepare fuel cards for pick up

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year receptionist experience
  • Basic computer skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Bilingual English and Spanish
