Position Summary:
As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, the Receptionist plays a critical role in creating a positive impression. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a professional, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients, guests, and vendors with warmth and professionalism
- Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system
- Manage conference room bookings and ensure meeting spaces are prepared
- Receive and distribute mail, packages, and courier deliveries
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area
- Provide general administrative support to attorneys and staff as needed
- Coordinate with building management and office services for facility needs
- Assist with hospitality duties, including weekly staff events
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1+ year of administrative, customer service, or receptionist experience
- Professional demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities with poise and discretion
