What You’ll Do
As the Receptionist/Hospitality Coordinator, you’ll be the heart of our Tampa office. Your day-to-day will include:

Reception & Client Services
  • Warmly greet and welcome clients, guests, and vendors with professionalism.
  • Answer and route incoming calls, ensuring prompt and courteous service.
  • Coordinate meetings, visitor needs, and conference room schedules.
  • Assist with Zoom and conference call setup.
  • Handle package deliveries and assist the Office Manager with operations.
Office Support
  • Manage hospitality services for meetings and firm events, from setup to cleanup.
  • Keep reception, conference rooms, and lounges tidy and inviting.
  • Oversee supply ordering, catering, and kitchen maintenance.
  • Assist Marketing with event planning and staff celebrations.
Administrative Support
  • Provide clerical support to attorneys and staff.
  • Jump in on special projects and department requests as needed.
What We’re Looking For
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • At least 3 years of receptionist or hospitality experience (law firm/professional services preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Polished, professional appearance with a can-do, team-focused attitude.
  • Dependability, punctuality, and flexibility for occasional overtime.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 lbs. and stay active throughout the day.
