Factory Direct Marine & RV is seeking a receptionist. The ideal candidate has working knowledge of computers, social media, phones, and email, and is able to multi-task in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Responsibilities

1. Answer group phones, greet and receive prospects and customers
2. Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson
3. Work cooperatively with the sales and other internal teams
4. Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
5. Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
6. Assist in scheduling and confirming sales appointments
7. Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

1. Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality
2. Punctual and able to handle schedule flexibility and a dynamic work environment
3. Professional appearance and eagerness to improve on all aspects
4. Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
