The Oaks of Clearwater, a 15-story senior living community located on the intercoastal area of Clearwater Beach, is seeking for a dynamic and experienced front desk receptionist who can multi-task and provide excellent customer service. The Oaks of Clearwater, a 15-story senior living community located on the intercoastal area of Clearwater Beach, is seeking for a dynamic and experienced front desk receptionist who can multi-task and provide excellent customer service. Compensation:
- Starting at $16.00 - $18.00 per hours, depending on experience
- Part-time and/or PRN (every other weekend and possible more)
- Weekend shifts available (8:00 am to 8:00 pm and may varyother days)

Responsibilities, Skills and Abilities:
- Punctuality and professional appearance are required.
- Assisting residents, vendors, employees with all requests, if not redirect them who can help them
- Attend/complete any in-services/education training, as determined by Executive Director and their assistant.
- Must be able to be tactful when dealing with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies and the general public.
- Must be able to work with ill, disabled, elderly, emotionally upset people within the facility
- Greeting residents, visitors/guests, and vendors and reacting to any questions/concerns they may have and notifyingmanagement team.
- Communicate and tracking any residents leaving by 911 calls.
- Follow all safety rules
- Greeting residents staying in our guest rooms.
- Monitor the actions of our residents; elopement risks, unusual behavior to be reported to supervisor or Manager on Duty.
- Miscellaneous clerical assignments
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- High School graduate or GED
- Prefer experienced in a receptionist or clerical position.
- Must be able to work well with ill, disabled, elderly, emotionally upset people within the facility
- Must have good computer skills
- Speak clearly and professionally with others, answering calls
- Must be well organized and able to multitask efficiently
