We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Office Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our office. The individual selected will have reliable transportation, able to work 5 days/week in an office setting and exhibit a high level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and clients warmly and professionally upon arrival.
- Manage a high volume of incoming phone calls and route them appropriately using clear and professional phone etiquette.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, resolving concerns, and assisting visitors in person and over the phone.
- Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean, welcoming, and organized.
- Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings as needed.
- Handle general administrative tasks such as data entry, scanning, photocopying, and basic filing.
- Open, sort, and distribute mail to appropriate individuals/departments.
- Assist with office coordination tasks to ensure smooth front office operations.
- Support internal team members with administrative or clerical tasks as requested.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at a proficient level.
- Knowledge of typical business correspondence (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling, etc.) at a proficient level.
- Comfortable managing a high volume of phone traffic in a professional manner
- Able to work effectively with others in person and in group setting.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- At least one year of directly related or closely related experience.
