Specific duties include, but are not limited to: Answering phones, greeting customers and clients, answering and fielding client questions, scheduling appointments, and providing general administrative support.

Specific duties include, but are not limited to: Answering phones, greeting customers and clients, answering and fielding client questions, scheduling appointments, and providing general administrative support.

Qualifications

• Professional demeanor
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook (email) and Word
• Ability to learn and master computer programs that house customer data
• Basic bookkeeping skills and record keeping ability
• Ability to understand and adhere to industry rules and regulations
• Interest in the Financial Services industry is a plus
