Role Description
This is a Part-time on-site role for a Spa Receptionist located in Santa Rosa, CA. The Spa Receptionist will be responsible for greeting guests, handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area. Additional duties include managing clerical tasks, ensuring excellent customer service, and providing information about spa services and promotions.

Qualifications
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties skills
- Proficiency in Book4Time a plus and basic administrative tasks
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a spa or hospitality setting is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent education
