Your Responsibilities

1. Welcomes all patients and visitors
2. Answers and directs calls to appropriate departments and staff
3. Triages patient calls to determine scheduling needs
4. Collects insurance information accurately
5. Schedules appointments to optimize patient satisfaction and provider time
6. Assists with patient referrals
7. Knows provider schedules to fill appointment slots based on needs
8. Comforts patients by addressing concerns and questions
9. Maintains patient records and ensures availability of treatment information
10. Updates and maintains patient accounts
11. Communicates regularly with clinical, billing, and insurance staff via chat, phone, or email
12. Maintains confidentiality of patient information
13. Contributes to team efforts as needed
