Position: Spa Receptionist

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests
• Schedule appointments with attention to gaps and efficiencies and check out guests
• Prepare intake forms for guests
• Assist in the daily opening/closing of facility
• Suggest and sell retail from the Spa Boutique
• Other duties as assigned by management

• Days: Varies, including weekends and holidays
• Hours: Varies, including evenings

Qualifications

• Required: Excellent phone skills and customer service
• Required: Ability to multi-task in a busy environment
• Required: Must be at least 21
• Preferred: Spa scheduling experience on spa software
• Preferred: Resort spa experience
