Medical Receptionist – Pediatric Office (McLean, VA)

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a well-established pediatric practice in McLean, VA to hire a Medical Receptionist for a contract-to-hire opportunity. We seek a professional with solid front-desk experience in a medical setting. Candidates must live within a reasonable commuting distance to McLean, VA, as this is a 100% on-site role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and schedule patient appointments
• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Assist physicians in the back office as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or Associate's degree
• Strong computer skills and comfort with EMR systems
• Prior experience in a medical or healthcare office is required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy environment
