BluePearl Pet Hospital in Christiana, DE is hiring an extraordinary Veterinary Receptionist.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting clients warmly and professionally upon entry
• Providing compassionate customer service and emotional support to clients
• Assessing clients' needs and pet conditions upon arrival
• Scheduling and confirming appointments accurately
• Responding to phone calls and directing visitors appropriately
• Serving as a liaison between clients and hospital staff

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Ability to remain calm and compassionate in emotional situations

Pay: $18.90 - $29.00 / hour, dependent on experience and career level

Shift: Three 12-hour shifts (12:00PM – 12:00AM), rotating weekends and holidays, with shift differential pay for nights and weekends
