SERVPRO Team Toft is looking for a dependable and friendly Receptionist/Dispatcher to be the communication hub between customers and our operational teams. We’re dedicated to providing fast, reliable restoration services while maintaining top-notch customer care.
Position Overview
The Receptionist/Dispatcher plays a vital role in keeping our franchise running smoothly by managing customer calls, job referrals, scheduling, and ensuring excellent service at every touchpoint. You’ll assist with administrative tasks and help coordinate our team’s workload to deliver exceptional results.
Primary Responsibilities
- Promptly receive and enter lead calls and job referrals (First Notice of Loss - FNOL) with accuracy.
- Provide outstanding customer service by answering questions, resolving issues, and maintaining a professional and welcoming attitude.
- Handle general phone calls and greet visitors to ensure a positive office experience.
- Dispatch and track job referrals to the right operational teams, ensuring timely response and resolution.
- Monitor the Work in Progress (WIP) board to identify any delays or issues and support process improvements.
- Collaborate with teams to coordinate production and on-call schedules for smooth operations.
- Manage logistical details of job referrals to meet customer expectations.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Prior receptionist or office experience preferred.
- Strong customer service skills and excellent verbal and written communication.
- Proficient with digital tools and technologies to complete tasks efficiently.
- Experience in restoration, construction, or insurance is a plus.
