Empower Label is actively seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our growing team at our Plymouth, MN location! The Marketing Manager will develop and execute marketing policies, programs, and campaigns. They will also act as the primary point of contact for industry co-partners and industry trade associations.

Responsibilities

• Gathers and analyzes information to identify new markets and customers, demand for products and services, and efficacy of existing marketing campaigns and strategies.
• Conducts market research, sales forecasting, and strategic planning to assess and ensure the sale and profitability of partner-sourced products/services.
• Composes, develops, evaluates, and conducts training on marketing activities, strategies, and policies.
• Responsible for digital and published content development, including website content, videos, blogs, social media postings, email blasts, etc.
• Coordinates and actively manages promotional activities and trade shows including booth set up and take down for each event.
• Actively participates as a booth representative extracting voice of customer (VOC) information to aid sales and product management activities.
• Ensures relevant VOC feedback is exchanged with other support functions to help promote alignment.
• Negotiates contracts for services needed to execute a marketing strategy.
• Assess optimal channel deployment relative to competition and make appropriate recommendations and countermeasures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field is required
• 3+ years' experience in marketing, marketing communications, and/or digital marketing
• Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills
• Strong understanding of principles and methods used to promote, display, and sell products & services.
• Ability to travel 25-30% (including some weekend days for tradeshow events)
