Who We're Looking For

OfferingTree is seeking a Marketing Manager to own and execute our marketing strategy as we scale our impact in the fitness and wellness industry. This role is perfect for a marketing generalist who thrives in a collaborative, customer-centric environment and understands the unique challenges faced by small business owners.

Our ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and has experience marketing to B2B audiences that act more like consumers (think yoga studio owners or pilates studio owners). You'll leverage customer insights to create messaging that resonates with studio owners at every stage of their journey.

We're looking for someone who can balance data-driven decision making with the authentic, community-focused approach that defines our brand. Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop marketing programs and campaigns that generate qualified leads and drive trial signups
  • Create and optimize landing pages for conversion rate improvement
  • Build and manage email nurture sequences for various customer segments
  • Create blog posts and educational resources that speak to studio owners’ specific challenges and aspirations across their business lifecycle
  • Develop product marketing collateral and messaging around new product releases
  • Oversee social media presence and community engagement
  • Create customer success stories, case studies, and testimonials
  • Plan and execute webinars
  • Manage email lists and automation workflows
  • Oversee and maintain a comprehensive marketing content calendar
  • Develop and optimize our presence in key discovery channels, including Facebook groups, Reddit communities, and industry forums
  • Analyze campaign and program performance and provide actionable insights
  • Leverage reporting platforms like Amplitude and GA4 to inform decision-making

Qualifications

Required Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, preferably with experience marketing to small service businesses or SMB markets
  • Proven track record of executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels (paid search, social media, email, etc.)
  • Strong content creation and copywriting skills with portfolio examples demonstrating clear, compelling messaging
  • Experience with marketing software and marketing ops processes (Active Campaign, HubSpot, Wordpress, GA4, Amplitude, Notion tools)
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven optimization decisions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience marketing to service-based businesses, particularly in fitness, wellness, or hospitality industries
  • Background working with bootstrapped or early-stage efficiently-growing SaaS companies
  • Familiarity with product-led growth strategies and trial-to-paid conversion optimization
  • Experience with content marketing, demand generation, and product marketing initiatives
  • Understanding of small business challenges and decision-making processes
