This employee manages regional marketing workflow by prioritizing, assigning, and expediting all marketing production assignments. The position orchestrates the local integration of all functions performed by the corporate marketing department. It requires a basic understanding of A/E/C services. The employee manages research, surveying, due diligence procedures, corporate follow-up, and post-mortem procedures to gather intelligence that refines PBK's marketing strategies. The manager communicates this knowledge to senior architects, engineers, consultants, managerial staff, and the marketing team. A key goal is to develop and implement firm-wide processes that improve marketing delivery methods.
Your Impact
- Possesses full authority over all production processes related to RFQ responses.
- Directs and oversees efforts of architects, engineers, consultants, and staff to craft coordinated responses that best represent the firm.
- Works with personnel to maintain control over the appearance and content of the firm’s qualifications materials.
Here’s What You’ll Need
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Political Science, or related field
- At least 1 year of experience managing a marketing team
- 4-7 years of marketing experience in the A/E/C industry with control over marketing assignments
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat, Photoshop, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and make decisions
- Discretion in designing and overseeing marketing materials
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in creating tailored qualification content
- Ability to interact with senior management, clients, and vendors
- Self-motivated, quality-focused, and team-oriented
