The Marketing Manager manages regional marketing workflow by prioritizing, assigning, and expediting all marketing production assignments. The role involves coordinating the functions of the corporate marketing department and requires a basic understanding of A/E/C services. Responsibilities include research, surveying, due diligence, corporate follow-up, and post-mortem procedures to refine PBK's marketing strategies. Effective communication of this knowledge to senior staff and the marketing team is essential. A key objective is to develop and implement firm-wide processes that improve marketing delivery methods.

Your Impact

• Full authority over all production processes related to RFQ responses.
• Oversee efforts of architects, engineers, and consultants to craft coordinated responses that best showcase the firm.
• Maintain creative and informational control over the firm's qualifications materials.

What You’ll Need

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Political Science, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience managing a marketing team.
• 4-7 years of industry experience in A/E/C marketing with control over assignments.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat, Photoshop).
• Ability to work independently and make decisions effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize under pressure.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience developing tailored qualification content.
• Ability to interact professionally with senior management, clients, and vendors.
• Self-motivated, quality-focused, and team-oriented mindset.
