Position Summary

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the development of strategic marketing plans for our division, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with division goals. The role involves coordinating with the Division President and supporting sales and marketing personnel.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate advertising and public relations efforts with agencies for current communities.
  2. Design and oversee marketing collateral such as flyers, direct mail, brochures, signage, and sales office materials.
  3. Manage branding, compliance, and maintenance of model homes and marketing materials.
  4. Approve and oversee marketing campaigns, press releases, website content, logos, and digital campaigns, in collaboration with legal and compliance teams.
  5. Hire and manage vendors for model home openings and other marketing events.
  6. Identify marketing objectives and manage digital and onsite campaigns.
  7. Oversee online branding, including website, mobile, and email marketing efforts.
  8. Analyze user data to enhance customer experience and optimize marketing ROI.
  9. Track and report on marketing program performance across channels.
  10. Maintain model homes and coordinate related maintenance activities.
  11. Collaborate with internal teams such as model merchandisers and landscape architects.
  12. Communicate across departments to improve products and company image.
  13. Conduct all business professionally and ethically, serving customers and enhancing company goodwill.
  14. Travel as required for business purposes.

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • Supervise two or more employees.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
  • Four to six years of digital marketing experience or training.
  • Advanced knowledge of SEM, PPC, Meta tags, Panda and Penguin algorithms.
  • Experience with MLS and realtor sites like Zillow and Realtor.com.
  • Expertise in Google Analytics, social media, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop), and multimedia editing.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods and perform visual and physical tasks as required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, or Communications.
  • Experience in new home sales marketing.
  • Strong communication skills and creative thinking.
