Salary: 80,000

What youll be doing:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase high-quality lead production and increase ROI/ROAS.
• Manage and allocate $2,000,000 of ad spend across Google, Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, etc.
• Oversees marketing campaigns, including planning, development, and execution.
• Establishing and achieving KPIs to ensure success of ad campaigns.
• Help reduce cost per lead and cost per conversion via brainstorming and implementing creative strategies.
• Brainstorming, designing, filming, editing, and posting creatives for social media (facebook, instagram, twitter, etc) platforms both for general content and ads.
• Brainstorm and execute SEO strategies to maximize leads and bookings.

What experience is requested:

- What is required:

• At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in the US/Canada market.
• Proven track record of developing, managing, and executing marketing campaigns across B2C verticals.
  
• Exceptional abilities with running ads via all platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Reddit, etc).
  
• References of other companies that you have managed at least $2,000,000 in ad spend for.
• Experience in scaling marketing strategies with a creative thought process.

- What is preferred but not required:

• Wordpress/coding abilities and knowledge to implement marketing ideas and designs.
• A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or an equivalent field.
  
• Familiarity with Go High Level CRM for marketing campaigns

What you can earn:

• Base salary of $80,000 per year with bonuses based on achieving metrics and KPIs.
• Compensation is paid weekly every Friday via direct deposit.

What hours you'll work:

• Hours are typically 9am EST to 6pm EST M-F with a lunch break midday.
