We’re looking for a highly organized, driven Marketing Manager to serve as the right hand to our Director of Marketing. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to lead projects from start to finish.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Staying tightly aligned with the Marketing Director on company-wide goals and initiatives
• Managing multiple priorities and providing clear, regular updates on status and results
• Owning marketing projects from strategy through execution—including timelines, deliverables, and follow-up
• Leading recurring meetings with third-party vendors to ensure alignment and accountability
• Segmenting the market and tailoring messaging, campaigns, and materials to suit each key audience
• Representing the brand with professionalism and positivity in customer-facing settings
• Preparing for and attending major tradeshows in the irrigation and landscape industries
• Gathering customer insights (formally and informally) and using them to inform future marketing and product plans
• Supporting product launches with cross-functional coordination, marketing collateral, and rollout plans
• Preparing clear executive communications to justify marketing spend and demonstrate ROI
• Learning the industry—competitors, market dynamics, partners, and sales channels

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has exceptional project and program management skills
• Communicates clearly and can lead cross-functional collaboration
• Brings experience in marketing (B2B, distribution, or product-based industries a plus)
• Is comfortable using data and customer insights to shape strategy
• Can manage multiple projects without dropping the ball
• Enjoys learning and thrives in a team-oriented, hands-on environment
• Is bilingual (English/Spanish)—preferred but not required

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience in the irrigation, landscaping, or building trades
• Familiarity with tools like Trello, Asana, HubSpot, or similar
• A sharp eye for branding, messaging, and customer engagement
