Risus Talent Partners is hiring: Marketing Manager in Mifflinburg

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to take the lead on creative strategy and brand growth across a diverse group of businesses. This role is perfect for someone who wants to make a real impact, leading both strategy and execution while guiding a team and collaborating with leadership.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering creativity and results
• Drive brand strategy and manage third-party agency partnerships
• Oversee websites, SEO, and digital campaigns to maximize lead generation
• Shape content across social media, advertising, newsletters, and presentations
• Partner with leadership on growth initiatives and KPI tracking
• Support sales through creative design, CRM campaigns, and marketing assets
• Manage events, trade shows, awards submissions, and customer engagement programs

What We’re Looking For

• Knowledge of the construction and/or building products industries at a minimum with modular/offsite construction preferred.
• 6 years marketing experience and 2 years team management.
• Expertise in digital marketing, campaign development, and KPI analysis
• Business acumen to connect marketing efforts to revenue growth
• CRM Experience
• Hubspot, Google analytics, and Adobe creative suite, Lumion WIX platform knowledge a plus.
