Marketing Manager Job at Bell & Evans in Vernon Township

Overview

At Bell & Evans, our culture and brand are at the heart of everything we do. We are adding a new Internal Marketing Manager, based in Fredericksburg, PA, to help bring that story to life. This role will partner with teams across the company to create consistency in our brand and drive both internal and community-focused initiatives.

What you will do

• Build and lead an internal marketing strategy that engages and aligns team members


• Plan and execute corporate campaigns in partnership with cross-functional teams, with a focus on safety, food safety, and quality initiatives


• Create and manage digital content for campaigns, promotions, events, and internal communications


• Manage and enhance communication technology across departments and facilities


• Support and promote company events through planning, facilitation, and marketing


• Track and analyze internal marketing efforts to improve effectiveness


• Oversee swag inventory and spending to maximize brand visibility


• Implement visual branding across facilities to align team members with company values and goals


• Act as the liaison for internal marketing needs and community involvement requests


• Maintain regular collaboration with HR and Operations to ensure priority messaging

What makes you a strong candidate

• Demonstrated experience as a Marketing or Communications Manager with a record of successful campaigns and content creation


• Proficiency in photography, videography, editing, and graphic design


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling stories


• Strong design sense with attention to detail and consistency


• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and within a team environment


• Event planning experience is preferred


• Bilingual in Spanish is required
