Position Overview: We are currently seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team and support marketing efforts in Phoenix. This is an ideal position for someone looking to be involved in many different facets of commercial real estate marketing.
Job Description:
Lead, strategize and manage marketing initiatives, drive brand awareness, and generate demand. This role involves developing and executing marketing campaigns, overseeing content and digital strategies, and collaborating with brokerage teams to achieve business goals.
Responsibilities
- Provide support and assistance in planning, developing, producing, and delivering marketing and communications materials
- Manage development, production, and distribution of promotional and collateral materials
- Assist in overseeing the project management system to ensure all requests are fulfilled
- Participate in budget development and support budget management
- Prepare written materials including some marketing copy, business communications, reports, and presentation scripts
- Responsible for ensuring accuracy in information and proofreading
- Analyze marketing and communications programs and make recommendations to adjust strategy and tactics to increase effectiveness
- Work with senior management in the development, implementation and administration of marketing programs that support the business unit and overall company’s planned objective
- Assist in developing and managing the company’s participation with key industry associations including trade shows, speaker’s bureau, sponsorship and other membership activities
- Act as a liaison, selecting and working with external resources such as designers, copywriters, web site designers/writers, photographers and printers on assigned projects
- Oversee the writing, design and production of the various internal communications
- Provide marketing support in the coordination of property marketing; fulfilling requests
- Work with management in developing and properly executing budgetary expenses
- Coordinate regular marketing communication updates with web administrator to ensure information is timely and accurate
- May develop and manage high-profile client events as well as regional quarterly or bi-annual events
- Coordinate with sign vendors and installation
- May perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Skills, Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 5 years previous marketing experience
- Strong project management and organizational skills.Ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet deadlines
- Strong graphics, writing and oral communication skills.Proficient in InDesign and Illustrator a must
- Strong project management skills and knowledge of Monday project management system a plus
