Overview
The Marketing Manager at Health Alliance Global will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies that drive brand visibility, lead generation, and revenue growth across the company’s healthcare technology platforms—including Dr Triage, Symphony 360, and affiliated service lines. This is a full-time, on-site role for a results-oriented leader with experience in healthcare or B2B technology marketing, and a deep understanding of multi-channel demand generation. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to build and manage marketing campaigns that convert interest into qualified leads, support the sales pipeline, and elevate brand awareness.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that support business growth, market expansion, and lead acquisition
- Coordinate multi-channel campaigns (email, digital, social, events, print) to generate, nurture, and convert qualified leads
- Align marketing initiatives with sales goals and regularly evaluate ROI and campaign effectiveness
- Lead execution of product and service launches, promotions, and client engagement initiatives
- Own and manage the lead generation engine—including list building, segmentation, campaign targeting, and lead scoring
- Monitor and improve funnel conversion metrics using tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Business Development to ensure seamless lead handoff and feedback loops
- Optimize landing pages, CTAs, and content to improve inbound lead performance and pipeline contribution
Content & Messaging
- Oversee development of sales collateral, pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, blog content, and video
- Create compelling, brand-aligned messaging that communicates value to different buyer personas (CIOs, Administrators, Clinicians, etc.)
- Support thought leadership and PR by producing and promoting white papers, articles, and earned media
Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Manage website strategy and updates across HealAll.com, DrTriage.com, and related digital properties
- Oversee SEO/SEM strategy and execution to improve discoverability and increase qualified traffic
- Execute paid and organic social media campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms
Brand & Communications
- Maintain brand consistency across all channels, internally and externally
- Manage press releases, internal communications, and brand messaging guidelines
- Plan and promote company-hosted events, webinars, and trade show presence
- Track and report performance against KPIs (leads, MQLs, CAC, etc.) and provide actionable insights
- Manage relationships with creative vendors, consultants, and advertising platforms
- Maintain oversight of the marketing budget and campaign calendar
Qualifications
- Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field required; Master’s preferred
- Experience
5+ years of marketing experience, with a strong background in lead generation and digital strategy - Minimum 2 years in a managerial role, preferably within healthcare, health IT, or B2B SaaS
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo)
- Skills
Strong understanding of demand generation, inbound/outbound marketing, and campaign performance metrics - Excellent writing, editing, and content development capabilities
- Working knowledge of web and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEM tools, CMS platforms)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
