Cohen & Cohen is a high-performing personal injury law firm seeking a Marketing Generalist to manage and optimize our marketing ecosystem. This role combines oversight of the intake team, vendor management, and digital performance marketing, with a focus on pipeline visibility, lead conversion, and dashboarding. You will oversee our marketing tools—SEO, Google Business Profile, CallRail, Lead Docket, and Google Analytics—to ensure optimal performance of the firm’s brand and case pipeline. Prior experience in personal injury marketing is strongly preferred, as understanding lead-to-case conversion and funnel dynamics is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Digital Marketing & SEO
- Manage the firm’s SEO strategy to enhance organic rankings, local visibility, and lead generation.
- Optimize Google Business Profile listings and monitor competitor performance.
- Analyze web traffic, calls, and form conversions to identify trends and opportunities.
- Vendor & Channel Management
- Serve as the primary contact for marketing vendors (SEO consultants, ad agencies, call tracking providers).
- Audit vendor performance to ensure effective ROI.
- Coordinate with external partners on PPC, Local Service Ads, and paid campaigns.
- Content & Brand Messaging
- Develop and refine the firm’s brand voice across digital channels.
- Manage social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook), creating and scheduling engaging content.
- Collaborate on high-impact marketing materials like case studies, email templates, or videos.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with intake, attorneys, and operations to align marketing with business goals.
- Identify market trends and new lead generation opportunities with leadership.
- Intake Team Oversight & Pipeline Management
- Oversee lead routing, response times, and conversion rates.
- Build real-time dashboards in tools like Google Analytics, CallRail, or BI platforms to monitor the case funnel.
- Develop KPI frameworks to measure lead quality, case value, and marketing ROI.
- Data, Analytics & Dashboarding
- Create and maintain dashboards showing pipeline health, ROI, and lead performance.
- Use data from Lead Docket and CallRail to monitor response times and conversion metrics.
- Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights to leadership.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in personal injury or legal marketing.
- Proven experience with SEO, Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, CallRail, and Lead Docket (or similar tools).
- Ability to analyze data and create dashboards that clearly illustrate pipeline health and ROI.
- Experience managing vendor relationships and ad spend across PPC, LSA, and social media campaigns.
- Strong writing skills and ability to craft resonant messaging.
- Self-starter mentality, comfortable managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Compensation: $85,000 - $110,000 annually
