About the Team


The DashPass New Benefits marketing group plays a critical role in creating awareness, adoption, and engagement with new DashPass features and benefits. Our mission is to enhance the value of DashPass for members by ensuring they understand, adopt, and stay engaged with the evolving benefits suite that make DashPass the premier membership program in our category by bringing to market strategic new benefit bets.

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Integrated Marketing Manager to define and execute the strategy for DashPass Benefits marketing. This role will be responsible for launching new benefits, driving adoption of existing benefits, and ensuring members find continued value in their DashPass membership. You'll work closely with Product, Strategy & Operations, Analytics, and other Marketing teams to bring consumer insights to life through highly engaging go-to-market campaigns and ongoing engagement strategies.

In this role, you'll create and execute integrated marketing programs designed to build awareness, adoption, and retention for DashPass Benefits. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our membership program and ensure our customers fully realize the value of DashPass. You will report into the Sr. Integrated Marketing Manager for DashPass Benefits within our Marketing organization.

We're excited about you because you have...
  • Bachelor's degree or higher; MB plus
  • 6 years of experience in B2C marketing, ideally with a focus on consumer products, technology, or subscription/membership programs
  • Proven success defining and executing go-to-market strategies that drive adoption and measurable business impact
  • Experience working across multiple functions including Product, Analytics, and Operations to bring new features to market
  • Strong ability to translate consumer insights into actionable marketing strategies
  • Demonstrated success in building data-driven campaigns while balancing creativity and storytelling
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience influencing senior stakeholders
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort with a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment
  • A collaborative approach and proven track record of leading cross-functional teams

  • Define and drive go-to-market strategies for new DashPass Benefits, from audience definition and value proposition to launch and sustain efforts
  • Partner with Analytics and Research to develop a deep understanding of consumer needs and use insights to inform campaign strategies
  • Build integrated marketing programs to increase awareness and adoption of benefits across owned, earned, and in-product channels
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Product, Strategy & Ops, Engineering, Finance, Creative, and Comms) to bring new benefits to life and drive measurable results
  • Develop audience-first messaging that clearly communicates the value of DashPass Benefits and drives member engagement
  • Execute ongoing marketing strategies to increase retention and deepen engagement with existing benefits
  • Manage campaign planning, asset creation, and execution across channels including email, paid media, in-app, and web
  • Leverage data and reporting to optimize campaigns and identify new opportunities to enhance adoption and engagement
  • Create regular internal reports to share performance, learnings, and recommendations with key stakeholders
