Job Summary:

The Marketing Office Manager is responsible for the overall management and growth of the SarahCare office, with a strong emphasis on marketing, driving walk-in traffic, and booking new business. This role requires a dynamic leader who is highly organized, technically proficient, and able to collaborate effectively with Human Resources, Care Coordination, Clinical, and other operational teams. The Marketing Office Manager will ensure the office runs smoothly, meets marketing and business development goals, and provides exceptional service to clients and caregivers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Marketing & Business Development: Develop and execute local marketing strategies to generate new business, including establishing and nurturing relationships with community partners, referral sources and local organizations.
  • Operations & Administration: Oversee daily office operations; maintain accurate administrative records, including visitor logs, client files and marketing reports; interface with internal partners to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Human Resources and Caregiver Support: Collaborate with HR department as needed to support caregiver recruitment, enrollment and onboarding; serve as point of contact for walk-in inquiries
  • Technical & Computer Skills: Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM), scheduling and office management software to streamline operations and track metrics; demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, email platforms and digital marketing tools.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration or related field preferred; experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Proven experience in office management, marketing or business development, preferably in healthcare or home care, specifically.
  • Strong marketing acumen with a track record of driving walk-traffic and booking new business
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills with attention
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills as well as ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Technically savvy with advanced computer skills and experience using CRM and office management software.
  • Results-driven, proactive and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
