Job Description

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading our online marketing efforts and driving growth for our brand. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker with a passion for all things digital. As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute our digital marketing campaigns and initiatives. You will have the opportunity to shape and elevate our brand image in the digital space, and make a real impact on our company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales.
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
  • Work closely with our creative team to develop engaging and compelling content for our website and social media platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of our digital marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, and continuously improve our processes and strategies.
  • Manage and maintain our company's online presence, including website, social media, and online listings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement promotional campaigns and initiatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, influencers, and industry organizations.
  • Manage a digital marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
  • Proficient in using web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate new ideas and think outside the box.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
