Our client, an in-house advertising agency located in Englewood Cliffs, NJ, is currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Affiliate Marketing Manager to join their team. This on-site position is ideal for someone with 5-7 years of experience in affiliate marketing or paid media who is eager to support and learn from a Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager while also contributing to the broader Demand Generation team. The perfect candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, excellent organizational skills, and a willingness to take initiative in a fast-paced environment. They should possess a strong strategic mindset, be a creative thinker, and have experience growing a program, generating new ideas and tactics, and improving campaign performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in the setup, execution, and optimization of affiliate marketing campaigns with adherence to performance milestones.
• Monitor campaign performance against KPIs and budgets, providing regular progress updates to stakeholders.
• Manage and support relationships with affiliate partners, ensuring timely communication and fostering new partnership opportunities.
• Generate accurate performance reports, analyze data, and deliver actionable insights to optimize campaign results.
• Track affiliate contributions to revenue growth, ensuring accuracy across reporting and tracking systems
• Assist with budget management, maintaining records, and financial reports, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Act as a key point of contact for in-house bookkeeping systems and cross-functional coordination of marketing plans (MPN)
• Collaborate with the Demand Generation team, supporting broader marketing initiatives and promotional submissions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
• 5–7 years of experience in affiliate marketing or a similar role
• Strong understanding of affiliate campaign management, optimization strategies, and performance tracking
• Proficiency in reporting, tracking, and data analysis using tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, and Looker Studio
• Comfort managing large, complex marketing budgets, including those in the several-hundred-thousand-per-month range
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools; familiarity with affiliate platforms such as Commission Junction is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to contribute in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
