NorthPoint Search Group is hiring: Marketing Traffic Manager in Atlanta

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 4-6 years of comparable experience in project management, resource management, marketing operations
• MUST HAVE project management experience with the Marketing function, working with creative development agency

• Plans and executes internal and external marketing campaigns and projects; coordinate with copywriters, designers, vendors, and project stakeholders to implement campaigns from beginning to end
• Creates and maintain relationships with both internal and external parties to execute projects; communicate with collaborators to determine timeline, budget, and outcomes
• Continuously verify that marketing materials align with brand positioning; ensure the integrity of brand voice and aesthetic; oversee brand transitions to create stronger brand recognition and equity
• Oversees all incoming field and corporate marketing requests from over 550+ locations
• Measures allocation of departmental time and resources; track output by brand, product, project category, and other variables; analyze data to guide future priorities
• Administers the launch of marketing materials; strategize ways to most effectively communicate new materials and ensure adoption
• Monitors usage of marketing materials and analyze spend to determine appropriate budget allocation
• Leads team of internal copywriter and designers; supervised projects as well as professional development
• Manages print, collateral, and other vendors
