We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Strategic Marketing Manager with a strong background in product and SaaS marketing, digital marketing, and strategic communications. What you will do in this role:
- Serve as a key marketing liaison, aligning stakeholders across Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure cohesive go-to-market strategies and maximize marketing impact
- Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to contribute insights during strategic planning
- Translate strategic marketing plans into actionable campaigns and initiatives
- Manage the execution of marketing programs, ensuring alignment with goals and timelines
- Support go-to-market efforts for new product features and releases
- Develop product messaging, positioning, and sales enablement tools with Product and Sales teams
- Conduct competitive analysis and customer research to inform product marketing
- Execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, email, and social media
- Manage website content updates and performance tracking to improve engagement and lead generation
- Use analytics tools to define, track, and report on KPIs and measure campaign performance
- Leverage data insights to continuously monitor and optimize marketing strategies
- Create and manage content across multiple formats (blogs, whitepapers, videos, case studies)
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels and materials
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align messaging with company positioning
- Assist in the development and distribution of press releases, media kits, and thought leadership content
- Support media outreach and relationship-building with journalists and influencers
- Support internal communications and executive visibility initiatives
- Plan and coordinate marketing events (webinars, trade shows, customer meetups)
- Oversee event logistics, campaigns, and post-event follow-up
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure successful event execution
- Conduct customer and market research to support campaigns and product positioning
- Analyze customer feedback and behavior to inform tactics
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities
- Provide marketing support for internal initiatives and cross-departmental projects
- Manage external vendors and freelancers as needed to support campaigns
What qualifications you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing with a focus on product/SaaS marketing and digital marketing
- Proven experience in communications, media relations, PR, and event planning is preferred
- CRM certifications (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) are preferred but not required
- Marketing Certifications in relevant areas (Digital Marketing, Social Media, Content Marketing, SEO) are preferred but not required
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Creative and innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proven problem-solving abilities and adaptability to evolving market dynamics
