Overview:

Calculated Hire is seeking a Marketing Manager III to join our leading telecommunications client in Stamford, CT. This role will lead the development, optimization, and execution of offers for a high-visibility customer loyalty and rewards program. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of marketing strategy or consulting experience, excels in PowerPoint storytelling and Excel data analysis, and can thrive in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment. You will work cross-functionally with product, analytics, legal, finance, and operations teams to analyze offer options, determine feasibility, and bring innovative customer offers to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and optimization of new offers for the loyalty/rewards program.
• Analyze offer options and determine feasibility requirements.
• Document and present proposed plans for executive review.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, analytics, legal, finance, and operations.
• Utilize PowerPoint for executive-level presentations and Excel for data-driven decision-making.
• Manage multiple priorities and adapt to evolving project needs in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in marketing strategy, consulting, or a related field.
• Experience with loyalty/rewards programs preferred.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management skills.
• Executive presence with the ability to influence and communicate effectively.
• Expertise in PowerPoint storytelling and Excel data analysis.
• Highly organized with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
