Overview

Join to apply for the Product Marketing Manager role at Kleer and Membersy.

At Clerri, we're a team of builders, believers, and bold thinkers driven by one mission: to remove the barriers between patients and providers through memberships that improve access to care and help practices thrive. Simply put, we bring care closer. Backed by a smart platform and a thoughtful team, we deliver the most trusted solution in the market.

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how Clerri brings our products and features to market and communicates their value to dental practices of all sizes. You'll serve as the critical link between Product, Sales, Customer Experience, and Marketing, ensuring our solutions are positioned to resonate with both B2B and B2B2C audiences—from DSOs and multi-unit practices to the patients they serve. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, collaborating across departments to deliver messaging, launches, and programs that drive awareness, adoption, and growth. This position will report directly to the Senior Manager of Product and Customer Marketing.

This position offers a base salary of $100,000, a variable compensation package of $10,000 and company equity.

Day-to-Day / Responsibilities

  • Product Positioning & Messaging: Develop and refine value propositions, messaging frameworks, and positioning for new and existing products to resonate with both B2B (dental practices/DSOs) and B2B2C (patients) audiences.
  • Go-to-Market (GTM) Planning: Lead the planning and execution of product launches, coordinating timelines, deliverables, and communication plans. Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure internal teams are equipped for successful rollouts. Develop launch materials such as sales decks, feature briefs, FAQs, and internal training content.
  • Sales Enablement: Create impactful sales enablement tools—pitch decks, battle cards, competitive comparisons, and objection handling guides—that empower sales teams to articulate value and close deals. Provide ongoing training to Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure consistent product narratives.
  • Market and Customer Insights: Conduct market, competitive, and customer research to inform positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies. Gather customer insights to inform product decisions and improve the customer experience.
  • Content & Thought Leadership Collaboration: Partner with the Content Manager and broader Marketing team to identify key themes, topics, and stories for thought leadership and content marketing. Provide subject matter expertise, messaging frameworks, and market insights to ensure content accurately reflects product value and market trends. Review and refine content to align with product positioning and strategic goals.
  • Performance Tracking: Track and analyze the effectiveness of product launches, campaigns, and sales enablement efforts. Present insights and recommendations to leadership to optimize future GTM activities.

To Be Successful

  • You are passionate about your work and driven to succeed.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or healthcare technology.
  • Strong skills in messaging, positioning, and translating technical concepts into business value.
  • Excellent project management skills; able to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Skilled communicator and storyteller—adept at tailoring messages to different audiences (both B2B and B2C).
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to draw insights from data to inform decisions.
  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, and marketing enablement platforms.
  • Experience creating customer-facing content and sales enablement materials.
  • Bonus points if you have experience working in dental, healthcare, or membership-based businesses.
  • You are legally authorized to work permanently in the US without employer sponsorship.
  • Your degree in any field is acceptable; we value diverse backgrounds.
