Overview


We are seeking a hands-on, results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead and scale our demand generation and performance marketing initiatives. This key role is responsible for developing and executing full-funnel marketing strategies that drive pipeline growth and sales enablement within the cybersecurity and business risk sectors. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in multi-channel digital marketing, corporate branding, and strategic campaign management. This is a high-impact position, working cross-functionally with sales, subject matter experts, and executive leadership to align marketing with business objectives and revenue goals.



Base pay range


$130,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

Responsibilities



  • Growth Marketing & Demand Generation

    • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive growth marketing strategy focused on generating qualified leads and driving measurable business outcomes.

    • Build and optimize multi-channel campaigns across paid digital platforms (LinkedIn, Google, Meta, X) to generate pipeline and revenue.

    • Create and execute messaging frameworks and creative briefs that support campaign goals and brand positioning.



  • Brand, Content & Messaging

    • Drive brand consistency across all digital and sales channels; lead initiatives to evolve and position the corporate brand in the market.

    • Create targeted market segmentation strategies and customer profiles to deliver personalized, high-converting content.

    • Collaborate with SMEs to develop thought leadership content aligned with cybersecurity trends and client challenges.

    • Develop sales support tools such as pitch decks, battle cards, and one-pagers.

    • Execute full-funnel marketing campaigns in collaboration with sales, creative, and analytics teams to ensure on-time, accurate launches.

    • Partner with the Chief Revenue Officer to align marketing operations, campaign messaging, and sales enablement strategies.



  • Events & Partner Marketing

    • Plan and manage logistics for webinars, workshops, conferences, and virtual events, including booth setup and lead capture.

    • Collaborate with external technology and channel partners to develop co-marketing campaigns and joint go-to-market strategies.



  • Marketing Operations & Analytics

    • Manage quarterly and annual marketing budgets, resource allocation, and performance tracking.

    • Own campaign reporting, KPIs, and marketing attribution to optimize ROI and uncover growth opportunities.

    • Oversee content strategy and social media campaigns, including scheduling, audience targeting, and performance analysis.





Qualifications



  • Required:

    • 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, with an emphasis on digital strategy and demand generation.

    • Strong background in cybersecurity, B2B technology, or related professional services industries.

    • Proven success executing full-funnel marketing strategies and account-based marketing (ABM).

    • Demonstrated ability to align marketing programs with revenue targets and optimize for pipeline velocity.

    • Strong communication skills and experience engaging with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

    • Experience managing corporate brand initiatives and leading content marketing efforts.



  • Preferred:

    • Experience in professional services, cybersecurity, IT, or technology consulting.

    • Background in media planning or agency-side digital marketing.

    • Hands-on experience with both organic and paid social media strategy.
