We are seeking a versatile and ambitious Marketing Campaign Manager to join our small, high-impact team. This is a hands-on role where you'll not only lead strategic initiatives but also dive into execution. You'll report directly to the Director of Marketing and play a key part in driving our marketing efforts forward. The ideal candidate is a decision-maker who excels at reporting on key metrics, including revenue attribution from marketing campaigns. Over time, we envision grooming this individual to take on greater leadership responsibilities, potentially stepping into a senior role.

Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, content, and paid advertising, to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Develop and implement digital strategies across platforms like Google Ads, SEO, social media (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), and analytics tools to maximize ROI.
- Reporting and Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance, with a strong focus on revenue attribution (e.g., using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar). Present insights to stakeholders to inform data-driven decisions.
- Hands-On Execution: Perform day-to-day tasks such as content creation, A/B testing, email automation, and social media management, especially in our lean team environment.
- Strategic Decision-Making: Identify opportunities for growth, make informed decisions on budget allocation, and pivot strategies based on performance data.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and other departments to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Long-Term Growth: Contribute to scaling our marketing function, with the potential for career advancement into a leadership role.
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years in marketing. Proven track record in digital marketing and campaign management.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master's preferred but not required).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital tools such as Google Analytics, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp), and social media management tools. Experience with revenue tracking and attribution models is essential.
- Professional Skills: Strong decision-making skills.Excellent communication and reporting skills, including creating dashboards and presenting to executives.
- Soft Skills: Ambitious and proactive, with a growth mindset. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, small-team environment. Analytical thinker who can connect marketing efforts to revenue outcomes.
