Lithic creates card issuing and payment infrastructure for technology companies that just works. We help some of the world’s fastest-growing digital banks, fintech companies, and software companies process billions in transactions annually.

We’re hiring a Events Marketing Manager to help drive Lithic’s next phase of growth by building and executing a strategic approach to events marketing. This role will be pivotal in elevating our brand visibility, and accelerating pipeline generation.

Responsibilities

  • Event Strategy & Management: Research, plan, and execute end-to-end event marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives, covering a diverse portfolio of events such as industry conferences, webinars, and speaking engagements. Lead budget recommendations with anticipated ROI at the annual calendar and individual event levels.
  • Event Marketing & Execution: Implement strategies to maximize attendee engagement, lead generation, and post-event campaigns that contribute directly to the sales pipeline. Create compelling content and promotional materials that showcase Lithic’s expertise, and collaborate with partners as applicable for co-hosted events. Build scalable processes that ensure flawless execution.
  • Funnel Optimization: Work cross functionally with internal Lithic teams to align marketing initiatives with partnerships and sales goals. Ensure events and partner-referred leads are properly captured, nurtured, and progress through the funnel. Establish clear feedback loops to continuously refine our approach and optimize the funnel.
  • Metrics & Optimization: Use data-driven insights to measure and optimize partner and events marketing efforts. Track funnel journey and revenue contribution; analyze which events, campaigns, and partners yield the best results. Develop dashboards (with tools like HubSpot and Salesforce) to communicate performance. Continuously refine tactics to optimize performance.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years in events marketing with a preference for fintech, payments, or technology industries
  • Copywriting and content creation for purposes of building campaigns, presentations, and scripts.
  • B2B demand generation experience a plus
  • Experience in marketing performance reporting for campaigns and through the funnel
  • Detailed oriented, delivers on time and with excellence
  • Able to build rapport, relationships, and influence others
  • Natural sense of curiosity and enjoys continual learning

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary for US Candidates: $137,000 - $162,000

Office & Work Arrangements

We believe in-person collaboration boosts creativity, communication, and agility, which are key to our growth. Employees in the NYC area are asked to work from our SoHo office three days a week - Tuesdays and Thursdays are core in-office days - the third is flexible.
