Responsibilities:

  • Purchase Order & Invoice Management: Create, issue, and track purchase orders; Review and process invoices to ensure timely payments to vendors
  • Financial Oversight: Monitor media spend and manage budgets; Provide regular financial insights and reports to senior management
  • Compliance: Facilitate privacy and security reviews complying with data regulations; Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to maintain standards
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with various internal teams including digital activation, procurement, and marketing analysts to align strategies and improve data management

Requirements:

  • Expertise in Ad Ops, Media Billing & Accounting, and Procurement: Proven track record managing large media budgets, including billing, accruals, and financial reconciliations
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Experience working closely with legal, procurement, marketing technology, product and media managers, publishers, and analysts; understanding of data management and publisher interaction
  • Strategic Financial Management: Skilled in budget oversight with experience in tracking, reporting, and liaising with finance teams
  • Proactive Leadership: Strategic thinker and self-starter capable of identifying critical areas and driving improvements
  • Financial Acumen: Solid understanding of invoicing, purchase order management, and accrual accounting
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Proficiency in financial software and systems to resolve complex issues and manage multiple tasks
  • Compliance Knowledge: Attention to detail and adherence to data and finance policies

The pay range is an estimate based on current market conditions and may vary. Compensation is based on education, experience, skills, and other factors. Benefits include medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and more. Pay is not guaranteed until earned and paid. This role is not eligible for bonuses or incentives.
