Description

We are recruiting for a dynamic, growing digital advertising and brand strategy agency in San Diego that specializes in providing digital advertising solutions and growth strategies for clients selling products on Amazon.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic vision, execution, and performance of the advertising initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Oversee the entire Advertising department, including budget management, resource allocation, and team development.
  • Set KPIs, long-term goals, and innovative initiatives for the department.
  • Manage department budgets, forecasts, and resource planning to maximize ROI.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to managers and team members.
  • Develop, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns to achieve performance metrics.
  • Analyze campaign data to generate insights and refine strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to implement new advertising strategies.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve advertising processes.
  • Recruit, develop, and evaluate talent within the team.
  • Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of senior advertising or marketing leadership experience.
  • Proven success in leading high-performing teams and managing advertising strategies.
  • Experience with budgeting, resource allocation, and performance management.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on profitability and data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, especially Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
