Overview

The Azure Core Marketing Team is searching for a Product Marketing Manager to join our team. We are a passionate and entrepreneurial group of product marketers playing a critical role in driving the growth of the Azure business.

Your goal will be to reach customers who run VMware solutions in their own datacenters and are ready to migrate and modernize with Azure. This will enable them to unlock the power of business-critical apps and data using other Microsoft Cloud services such as analytics and AI.

In collaboration with stakeholders across Azure marketing, engineering, sales, and partner teams, you will help build a high-impact marketing strategy, create clear and differentiated messaging, and deliver compelling content for customers, field, and partners. The ideal candidate will take an outside-in view of customer experience, based on market intelligence and feedback from the field and partners. You should demonstrate storytelling skills to create engaging content that brings our solutions to life and inspires customers to act.

  1. Customer obsession: Have a pronounced outside-in empathy for customer experience and success.
  2. Storytelling: Be a natural storyteller who can connect customer value with product truths.

  5. Collaboration: Effectively collaborate and communicate across teams to influence and drive results in a highly-matrixed organization.

Microsoft's mission is to empower every person and organization to achieve more. We foster a growth mindset, innovate to empower others, and collaborate to reach shared goals. We are committed to creating an inclusive culture where everyone can thrive.

Responsibilities
