Job Description:

The Electrician will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems in residential, commercial, and apartment buildings. This includes tasks such as repairing and installing light fixtures, replacing and adding receptacles during remodeling projects, and ensuring safe and compliant electrical work throughout.

Compensation:

$24.00 – $32.00 per hour, based on experience

Schedule: 7:30am-4:00pm

Location: Kansas City, KS

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and repair lighting fixtures and electrical wiring in homes, apartments, and commercial buildings
• Assist with the installation of conduit and pipe systems for electrical cables
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems
• Safely operate hand and power tools
• Use ladders and scaffolding for elevated work
• Interact professionally with customers and maintain a clean and respectful job site

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of electrical experience in residential and/or commercial environments
• Knowledge of and adherence to PPE and safety regulations
• Physical ability to stand, bend, kneel, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
