Penmac Staffing is currently hiring a Maintenance Electrician for a local Industrial Company. The candidate must be reliable and very detailed. This position will be Monday-Friday from 7 am to 3 pm. The average pay will be $26 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Provide electrical support to the facility which meets all applicable Electrical Codes.
• Follow Lockout/Tagout procedures, arch flash, confined spaces
• Plans layout, installs and repairs wiring, troubleshooting, and performs construction maintenance on buildings within the plant
• Observes functioning of installed equipment or system to detect hazards and the need for relocation, replacement or adjustment
• Required to follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned
  
  

Requirements

• Must possess a high school diploma or GED
• Equivalent education in long term experience in the trade
• Must possess an electrical license
• Formal technical education (2-year degree, apprenticeship or equivalent)
• Three plus years’ experience in the trade
• Must submit to a drug screen and criminal background check
