Penmac Staffing is currently hiring for an Industrial Maintenance position at a local industrial company. The candidate must be detail-oriented and reliable. The position is Monday-Friday, from 7 am to 3 pm, with an average pay rate of $26 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance support to the facility
• Perform day-to-day maintenance on facilities and equipment
• Inspect equipment and machinery to identify issues
• Follow Lockout/Tagout procedures
• Repair, maintain, and rebuild machinery and equipment according to blueprints and specifications
• Dismantle and move machinery and equipment as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area
• Operate shaper, lathe, drill press, grinder, or milling machine to make or repair parts (if applicable)

Requirements

• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Formal education (2-year degree, apprenticeship, or equivalent) preferred
• At least 3 years of experience in the trade (or equivalent long-term experience)
• Must pass a drug screen and background check
