Job Summary
The Electrician at City Brewing Company performs repairs and electrical troubleshooting across all departments of our high-speed manufacturing facility. They collaborate with Operations teams and Production Supervisors to maintain efficient operations, keep records, and perform preventative maintenance, responding promptly to repair calls to ensure optimal facility performance.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Performs preventive and proactive maintenance activities across all departments.
• Communicates effectively with team members at all levels to resolve equipment issues.
• Assists with project work, including needs assessments, process evaluations, project timelines, drawings, and vendor/contractor communication.
• Completes documentation for all assigned tasks.
• Participates in shift change meetings.
• Ensures compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards, including PPE use.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 2 years of manufacturing maintenance electronics experience (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and control systems.
• Experience with conduit bending, wiring, troubleshooting industrial controls, and programming VFDs.
• Experience troubleshooting motor circuits, PLCs, and HMI programs (preferred).
• Experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment, especially food/beverage (preferred).
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to work safely at heights and in hot/cold environments.
• Strong computer skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
