We are seeking an Electrician based in Thomasville, GA. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this role involves performing skilled preventative and corrective electrical maintenance on equipment and building systems, including lighting and wiring.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years of electrical maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting. Experience with lean manufacturing or business system environments is a plus.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Testing, locating, and repairing electrical circuit issues; electronic equipment troubleshooting; replacing defective parts; repairing electrical motors and wiring.
• Applying knowledge of electrical principles, methods, and equipment in installation, maintenance, and repair tasks.
• Reading and interpreting drawings, specifications, and manuals.
• Working within a team environment with minimal supervision.
• Using judgment and initiative within established guidelines.
• Assisting maintenance personnel as needed.
• Performing additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications include:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of electrical maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical and/or electrical skills.
• Knowledge of relevant safety regulations, codes, and standards.
• Ability to understand and carry out written and oral instructions.
• Experience with Lean Daily Management principles is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications is preferred.
